
Chicken and Rice Noodles

Ingredients:1 Tbsp oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 carrot, peeled and diced 1 cup frozen beans 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 packet (45g) chicken noodle soup 2 cup chicken stock or water 250 g rice noodles 1 tsp soy sauce 1 barbecue chicken, skin removed, flesh shredded Directions:Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add carrot, beans and cabbage. Cook, stirring, for 2 - 3 minutes or until cabbage is wilted. Variations:You can replace the chicken with duck or pork. Author:
