This easy chicken dish is great on the barbecue or grill.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 bunches asparagus, woody ends removed
4 lean chicken breast fillets, skin removed, trimmed
6 small tomatoes, halved lengthways
Directions:
Combine olive oil and sweet chilli sauce in large mixing bowl. Add chicken fillets, asparagus and tomatoes and toss to coat with mixture. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
Pre heat char-grill or barbecue and cook the chicken until almost cooked through. Add the asparagus and tomatoes to the grill or barbecue and cook until lightly browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
