Ingredients:1 English muffin 1 large egg 1 slice of Kraft Free cheese singles 50 g 97% fat-free ham 1 handful of baby spinach leaves 1 Tbsp fruit chutney Directions:Poach egg. While egg is poaching, toast muffin. Top muffin with the ham, egg and a slice of cheese. Place under a grill until the cheese is melted. Serve with the spinach leaves and chutney on the side. Author:
