Ingredients:3 cup rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup canola oil, light 2 egg whites 1/2 cup Splenda or sugar substitute 60 g craisins (dried cranberries), optional Directions:Mix wet ingredients together. Add to the dry mix. Variations:Portioning the muesli into single-sized servings using ziplock bags or containers (2/3 cup per serving) makes it quick and easy when you're in a hurry. Author:
