Grilled slices of banana on toast.

Ingredients:

2 slices wholemeal bread

1 medium banana, 150g

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp artificial sweetener (e.g. Splenda)


Directions:

Preheat the grill.

Toast bread on both sides. Arrange the banana slices evenly on the toast. Dust with cinnamon and artificial sweetener (optional).

Grill for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
