Apricot and Banana Jaffles

A hot, sweet treat for breakfast, or for a snack.
4 tsp apricot fruit spread
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
4 slices raisin or fruit bread
1 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon, for sprinkling
Combine fruit spread and ricotta and spread over 2 slices of bread.
Alternatively toast on both sides under a grill until golden.
