Drink this tea at bedtime for a relaxing night's sleep.

Ingredients:

1 valerian tea bag

1/4 cup boiling water

1 tsp honey

1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice


Directions:

Put the tea bag in a cup, add water and steep tea bag for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag, stir in honey and apple juice. Serve warm to hot.

Variations:

Valerian tea is available from health food stores and many supermarkets.
