Ingredients:
1 cup fresh red grapefruit juice (approx 2 red grapefruit)
1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup fresh carrot juice
1 tsp honey, to taste
Directions:Stir all juices together in a large jug. Taste before adding honey. Add honey as required.
For maximum flavour, freshness and goodness, drink immediately.
Variations:
Serve with ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint.
Another type of grapefruit is fine to use if red grapefruit is unavailable.
