Ingredients:
3 cup boiling water
3 earl grey tea bags
10 fresh lychee, peeled, or to taste
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
1 1/4 L diet lemonade
Directions:Place three cups boiling water into a heatproof bowl with three earl grey tea bags. Refrigerate until fully chilled, then discard the tea bags.
Place chilled tea in a large jug, add plenty of lychees, mint leaves and some ice and top up the jug with lemonade.
