Ingredients:2 large mangoes, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1/2 lemon, juiced 500 g diet yoghurt 2 tsp honey 1 pinch of ground cardamon (optional) 3/4 cup low-fat milk or water 1 handful of ice cubes 4 mint leaves Directions:Prepare the mangoes by slicing off the cheeks and scooping out the flesh with a spoon.
