Mocha Shake

Not just an iced coffee!

Ingredients:

1 tsp decaffeinated coffee

1/2 tsp powdered carob

1/4 cup hot water

1 sugar substitute equiv. to 1 tsp sugar

8 1/2 fl. oz skim milk (1 cup)

4 ice cubes


Directions:

Dissolve coffee and carob in hot water.

Cool; add sugar substitute.

Place coffee mixture and skim milk in blender or screw-top jar. Mix thoroughly until combined and frothy. Serve with ice cubes.

Variations:

For a tasty summer dessert, add one scoop (100ml) of Light icecream (add an extra 65 Cals, 1.5g Fat).
