Calypso™ mangos have firm, fibreless flesh with a smaller seed, and a distinctively blushed skin. Mangos are an excellent source of vitamins A, C and E, as well as containing fibre, beta carotene and other related carotenoids.
Ingredients:1 cup Calypso™ mango, peeled and diced 1 Tbsp non-fat yogurt 1 handful of crushed ice 1 sprig of fresh mint for garnish Directions:Place Calypso™ mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or food processor and blend. Variations:You might want to add a little milk if the smoothie is too thick, or a little brown sugar for more depth of taste. Author:
