Ingredients:

2 small mangoes (200g ea)

200 g plain, natural, low-fat yoghurt

1 pinch cinnamon

2 Tbsp honey

4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice


Directions:

The night before, peel and roughly chop the mango and spread it out on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Cover and freeze overnight.

To serve, combine the frozen mango in a blender with the yoghurt, orange juice, cinnamon and honey. Blend until smooth.
