Ingredients:1 1/2 cup skim milk 1 carton low-fat acidophilus yoghurt, vanilla 1 tsp honey 1 ripe medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped Directions:Combine milk, yoghurt, honey and banana in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
