Custard Apple Smoothie

Refreshing low-fat smoothie.
Remove custard apple flesh with a teaspoon. Make sure you remove all the seeds from the custard apple before using.
200 g custard apple flesh
200 g chilled low-fat vanilla yoghurt
200 mL chilled skim milk
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth.
