Ingredients:4 medium (150g each) pears 14 oz low-fat berry yoghurt 4 Tbsp lemon juice 16 ice cubes 10 1/2 oz cherries Directions:Peel, core and roughly chop the pears. Place in a blender along with the yoghurt, lemon juice and ice. Blend until smooth. Add the cherries and blend again. Author:
