Make the most of the short cherry season by making this colourful drink

Ingredients:

4 medium (150g each) pears

400 g low-fat berry yoghurt

4 Tbsp lemon juice

16 ice cubes

300 g cherries


Directions:

Peel, core and roughly chop the pears. Place in a blender along with the yoghurt, lemon juice and ice. Blend until smooth. Add the cherries and blend again.

Pour into 4 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
