Ingredients:
1/2 cup Strawberries or raspberries
1/2 cup fresh apricots, or tinned in natural juice and drained
100 g Low-fat yoghurt natural or flavoured
2 cup Orange Juice unsweetened
1 cup ice
1 tsp Equal Spoonful
2 Tbsp wheatgerm
Directions:Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and all ice is crushed.
