
Teriyaki Mushrooms with Steak 
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Serves: 4 person(s) Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 12 mins Teriyaki is a Japanese flavoured sauce. You can use it to marinate most foods - seafoods, meats and even vegetables.
Ingredients:600 g cup mushrooms, sliced 1/3 cup thick teriyaki marinade 2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp olive oil 4 sirloin steaks, char-grilled to serve 1 salt and freshly ground pepper Directions:Place the mushrooms into a large bowl. Combine the teriyaki marinade, sweet chilli sauce, garlic and brown sugar in a jug. Pour over the mushrooms and toss well to combine. Cover and allow to stand for 20 minutes, if time permits.
