
Teriyaki Beef with Sesame Apple

Ingredients:600 g rump steak, trimmed of all fat 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade 4 small Fuji apples, cored and quartered 25 g butter 2 tsp sesame oil 4 green onion, finely sliced 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted Directions:Place the rump steak in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours, if possible. Variations:
Serve with steamed jasmine rice, or use another type of apple besides Fuji apples, if desired. Author:
