Steak Sandwich with Sprouts

Delicious for lunch or dinner!
4 pieces rump steak, 150g each, about 1 cm thick
4 pinches salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 wholemeal bread rolls
4 Tbsp Maille Dijonnaise
1 spanish onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
2 cup broccoli or onion sprouts
Trim steaks of fat. Heat a barbecue grill plate (or frying pan) and cook steaks on both sides. Remove when done to your liking and season with salt and pepper.
