Ingredients:

4 pieces rump steak, 150g each, about 1 cm thick

4 pinches salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 wholemeal bread rolls

4 Tbsp Maille Dijonnaise

1 spanish onion, peeled and thinly sliced

2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

4 Tbsp barbecue sauce

2 cup broccoli or onion sprouts


Directions:

Trim steaks of fat. Heat a barbecue grill plate (or frying pan) and cook steaks on both sides. Remove when done to your liking and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the insides of the buns. Spread each side with Dijonnaise. Top each one with onion and tomato slices. Add a piece of hot steak and drizzle with barbecue sauce. Top with sprouts and serve immediately.
