
Steak Sandwich with Sprouts

Ingredients:4 pieces rump steak, 150g each, about 1 cm thick 4 pinches salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 wholemeal bread rolls 4 Tbsp Maille Dijonnaise 1 spanish onion, peeled and thinly sliced 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce 2 cup broccoli or onion sprouts Directions:Trim steaks of fat.
