
Rump Steak with Warm Tomato and Apple Topping

Ingredients:4 rump steaks 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 pinch of white pepper (to taste) 1 Tbsp olive oil (topping) 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped (topping) 4 spring onion, sliced (topping) 2 Granny Smith apples, skin on, cored and diced (topping) 1 Tbsp brown sugar (topping) 2 Tbsp vinegar (topping)* 1 tsp allspice (topping) 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (topping) Directions:To make topping, combine all topping ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 4 minutes or until mixture has heated through. Variations:
