Ingredients:4 lean veal steaks 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 Tbsp milk 1 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary 1 tsp white pepper 1 flour 1 oil spray Directions:Gently flatten veal steaks using a meat mallet. Combine egg and milk. Combine breadcrumbs, rosemary and pepper in a separate container. Coat veal steaks in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
