Buona Beef Pizza

Crispy-based pizza topped with beef mince and Italian herbs.
Try adding pitted black olives and fresh, instead of dried, herbs to the cooked meat topping.
400 g lean beef mince
1 large pizza base with tomato sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red capsicum, seeded and finely sliced
2 Tbsp dried Italian herbs
1/2 cup grated Mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 220°C. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat, and add onion and capsicum. Cook stirring for 2 minutes.
Pizza can be served with fresh green salad.
