
Beef Burritos with Nashi Salsa ![]() ![]() ![]() Serves: 4 person(s) Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 25 mins A new twist on an old standby for a nice quick lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:1 Tbsp oil 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp ground cumin 250 g minced beef, extra trimmed 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 green capsicum, sliced 4 flour tortillas or lavash bread 3 nashi, cored and finely chopped (for salsa) 2 spring onions, finely sliced (for salsa) 1 red chilli, finely sliced (for salsa) 1 Tbsp freshly chopped coriander (for salsa) 3 Tbsp lemon juice (for salsa) Directions:In a bowl, combine nashi, spring onion, chilli, coriander and lemon juice.
