A tasty mid-week dinner idea!

Ingredients:

500 g lean beef, cut in strips

3 Tbsp oyster sauce

1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 Tbsp peanut oil

3 bunches asparagus, ends snapped off, sliced

200 g mushrooms, sliced

6 spring onions, sliced thinly

3 garlic cloves, sliced

3 tsp sesame oil

1 pinch of pepper, or to taste


Directions:

Combine beef, oyster sauce and sweet chilli sauce and marinate 15 mins. Drain marinade and reserve.

Heat peanut oil in wok or frying pan over high heat and stir-fry beef until just cooked, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add asparagus, mushrooms and spring onions to pan and stir-fry until tender crisp, 5 mins.

Add beef, garlic, reserved marinade, sesame oil and pepper.
Stir-fry until heated through.

Can I aks why you dont tell us the actual calorie worth of this meal in total? Is quite laborious to work it all out with so many ingredients, especially if add extra veges!

Fantastic. I added beans and broccoli. Very tasty and served with fragrant brown rice.
