Ingredients:1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup white flour 1/2 cup chocolate chips or melts 1/2 cup blueberries 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup oil 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 1 1/4 cup low-fat milk Directions:Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease muffin tray. Place sugar, flour, choc chips, blueberries and baking powder in a bowl. Variations:You could substitute 1/2 cup glace cherries or 24 fresh stoned cherries for the blueberries. Author:
