Ingredients:
150 g avocado
1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp tomato paste, no added salt
1/2 tsp salt
3 drops hot chilli sauce (or to taste)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Directions:Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chilli sauce and pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
