Ingredients:

2 tsp Olive oil

125 g Lean beef mince

1 Onion, chopped

1/4 cup Carrot, grated

1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced

1 Stalk celery, sliced

1 Fresh or tinned tomato, chopped

2 Tbsp Barbecue sauce or tomato paste

1 Tbsp Equal Spoonful or brown sugar

2 12" pizza bases

1/2 cup Low fat mozzarella cheese


Directions:

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and cook the meat, onion, carrot, mushrooms and celery over a medium heat, stirring, until meat is browned.

Drain off any fat and add tomato, sauce and Equal or sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet and spread with meat mixture.

Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is browned and melted. Cut into wedges.
