A delicious snack that the whole family will love. Great for breakfast or after school.

Ingredients:
4 slices thick wholemeal bread
1 avocado, mashed
2 Tbsp low-fat cheese, grated
Directions: Preheat griller, toast bread on one side. Spread mashed avocado on untoasted side.
Sprinkle with cheese and toast until cheese is bubbling.
Serve immediately.
Variations:
Add shaved ham, sliced tomato or crushed pineapple for variety.

By: kmerchant - 2008-08-05 Another one is......Avocado, vegemite and tomato on Burgen Bread toast or Multi-grain toasted muffin with grilled low-fat cheese. Very yummy !!!
