1. Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. You can call our office during WA business hours on this number: (08) 9389 8777. Please note that this is NOT a customer support line. If you need help with your CalorieKing.com.au software title please click here.
2. In which bookstores are your books available?
Our books are available in most large bookstores, including Coles, K-Mart, newsagents and pharmacies. However, you can quickly and easily order our books directly from our online shop.
3. I would like to offer some feedback regarding improvements, suggestions or errors in one of your publications. How do I do this?
We value all suggestions and error reports. Simply click here to email your ideas to us.
4. How long will delivery take?
All of our orders are mailed to customers via Australia Post, both within Australia and Overseas. Delivery times will depend on your proximity to a capital city, with country and remote areas taking longer to arrive. We find that within metropolitan areas and even central areas overseas such as Singapore, orders can arrive as early as the day following dispatch. Allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Where possible we aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days, and preferably in just 1 working day. In some cases this may not be possible due to the volume of orders, in which case your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

In the event that an item is out of stock for more than a week we will notify customers to confirm whether it is convenient for them to wait.

In the event that an item is likely to be out of stock for an extended period of time, it will be removed from the ordering site 'until further notice'.

During busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, we recommend that customers place their orders early to avoid disappointment. If you are ordering for a gift it is also recommended that you order early to counteract any unforseen delays.
5. Do you accept international orders?
The CalorieKing.com.au Online Shop ships only to Australia.

6. I would like a refund for a product I purchased from the online shop. How do I arrange this?
To obtain a refund, please return the products you have ordered to the address below. The following conditions apply:

  • The products are received by CalorieKing.com.au in excellent condition, with all packaging and instructions included.
  • Products purchased within the country must be returned within a period of three weeks. For return of products from other countries, you must notify us via email within a period of one week from receipt, before returning same.
  • The products are returned at your own expense.
  • You must supply us with the invoice number associated with your original order. If you have lost or forgotten your invoice number, please contact us.

    When we receive the returned products, in good order and condition, we will refund your credit card for the value of the products only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
