Cutting back on my alcohol intake Home

Over the last few years Ive noticed a slow increase in my alcohol intake. I love to cook so I start with a glass of wine while cooking. I have another one, maybe two, during dinner. Settle in for the night with another glass and before I know it the bottle is gone. I find that when I drink I feel more hungry and eat more. I feel tired and bloated the next day and struggle to exercise. Needless to say that since drinking more I now weigh a lot more and look tired and worn out. I can't seem to break the cycle. So I thought that just maybe there might be others out there in the same situation and we could support each other in cutting back / quitting. I have my 20th wedding anniversary coming next moth and would love to go away for the weekend feeling better.
