Do you reach for the food as soon as a crisis hits? Do you eat to stave off boredom/loneliness/anxiety or whatever? Do you eat regardless of whether you are hungry or not?

I have done, and still do, all of the above! I would like to form a group that can support each other to "step away from the fridge/cupboard" and help each other to remain strong, powering through those times.
