
Couch to 5 k's is a 9 week beginner's running program designed to turn a couch potato in to a confident runner. The aim is to gradually build up running distance, and to be able to run 5 km's or 30 minutes continuously in the end.
This group is for everyone interested in the program, and also for all C25K graduates. All welcome!
