This group is for anybody and everybody whose goal weight is 65kg!
According to the BMI calculators (eg: http://www.calorieking.com.au/tools/bmi.php), 65kg would be a healthy weight for anybody 160cm - 187cm tall. But we all know BMI doesn't take muscle into consideration, so anybody with lots of muscle and 187cm tall is going to struggle to ever get to 65kg! Likewise I'm sure there are plenty of people who are smaller than 160cm tall who would look great at 65kg, particularly if they have lots of muscle or possibly older people who just don't aspire to be that thin!
We're friendly and supportive. We track our progress in a spreadsheet. We make goals for weight loss and actions each month. Hopefully the chatter in the forum threads will help you achieve those goals... chat about what you've been up to, your successes and struggles, whatever you like really!
