| I think seek.com have guides and templates you can look at. Your resume is generic, presumably all potential employers get a similar if not the same document. The cover letter is where you point out what in that resume makes you right for the role. It is the start of the conversation. Tell me why you want the job and what you offer. Don't go on too long, remember someone may be reading hundreds of them.
