|Hello, I am brand new to this and have about ten kilos to loose. Reading through all of your posts I can see that you are a generous and helpful lot!! What a wonderful community for people to have as they are struggling through the dreaded weigh loss journey. Anyway, I know I have only been on my diet for two weeks and have not yet lost a kilo (that's fine, early days) but can anyone tell me how I might get more calories without the fat and carb content. I don't have any trouble getting enough fat and carb but once I do four hours gardening all of the calories get wiped out. So I'm not sure (and this may sound completely stupid as I know zero about nutirtion) but if all the calories get wiped out does that mean I can eat more....because no matter what I choose I can't seem to avoid adding more to the carbs and fat. HOw do I get more calories without getting more fat and carb? thankyou lovely lot!! munchkin12|
