|Lack of energy-No time to make lunches|
|I get up at 5am, walk for 30 mins, shower and dress, then make my lunch, which is usually salad with shaved turkey, or leftover chicken, or some shredded cheese. Plus a couple of small serves of fruit. I've tried making lunch the night before but somehow things get in the way and I can't keep it up. Also I'm not big on sandwiches or cooked lunches.|
I will occasionally have a 200 cal shake for breakfast (Aldi's are cheap and yummy) if I know I'll be eating more than usual that day.
Aldi also have nice bikkie and cheese packs that are only 85 cals. Forme and Soleil yogurts are low calorie and non fat. I sometimes have these if I'm sick of salad. And a nice ripe banana can fill you up.
