|FAVOURITE FOOD DIARIES?|
|Arent food diaries wonderful. Yesterday i was really good all day till dinner time, exercise, tracking...etc..|
Then i became stressed and couldn't resist some garlic bread...lol...but later after i filled in my diary and realized that the day wasn't wrecked at all.
So now i am still left on track for my day and week...so feeling pretty good about that.
How does you diary help you?
Also i would like to pass on one of the best hints i have read in years a lady on this forum said...if you dont have time to track in your day...just photo it with phone etc.
Maybe catch up and fill diary in later or at least have a visual reminder.
