My advice? Don't do it for a week or two and then never come back. Decide to stick to it even when it's hard and even if you don't always do the right thing. Do it and make mistakes and then do it again until it becomes habit. Either way, whether it's easy, hard or somewhere in between just do something. Something is always better than nothing and lots of somethings add up to a big something.
