| hey thanks for replying i eat a lot of protein with a mix of "good" carbs which includes brown rice, legumes and all that stuff. I eat a lot of chicken and sometimes switch it up with a stirfry or something along the lines of that. In regards to the "athlete" thing haha ive recently finished school and sport was a huggeeee part of my life, I continue to exercise everyday but i also switch that up too with running and boxing and the gym sometimes as well. I like to eat pretty much the same foods and i dont really get bored i guess haha the ways you can fuel your body with the right stuff is by eating at set times, stop or limit snacking to roughly under 100 calories twice a day and record the stuff you eat in your diary! its a great way to see your progress and im sure you will do great |
