Just finished a 6 week JumpStart program .....
Well done Jann, it's always encouraging to see when you're fitness has improved as you go through a program. Even better when you can see changes in your weight and measurements. I'm doing the 30 day shred dvd and I can see my fitness improving each time. 44 push ups wow! I can only do about 15 at the moment.

Keep up the good work and good luck with your journey.
