Having recoverd from a big back injury I am back at the gym and training about 4 times a week. It's going well. But training by myself can be lonely and a bit boring sometimes. I am looking for someone to train in Sydney's north, as close as possible to Forestville.
I'm in my 40s and am working on slimming down and toning up. Not going for the Arnie-look. If you'd like to discuss it or you can refer someone else, please contact me.
