Well I have just completed week one, I didn't lose a gram! I can't believe it. I'm not sure what went wrong, I ate from the meal plan changed it a little here and there but kept within my 2000 cals. I exercised each day anywhere between and hour and two hours, I feel a little disheartened right about now has any one had this happen to them? I have over 50kgs to lose shouldn't it be falling off me??

Hi AstraGirl69

Stay focused and take it a day at a time. That way you won't be worried about the whole 50kg thing. Create a vision for yourself of your goal weight and just keep working at getting there.

Kind of like the old story of when the turtle beats the rabbit in the race to the finish, because the rabbit allowed himself to get distracted!

Stay focused.

Cheers
Kris
