I have just lost 15kgs in 15 weeks and then have maintained my new weight for two months so far. I am still slowly losing weight and my success is all dependant on good ol' calorie counting. I've been using Allan Borushek's Pocket Calorie and Fat Counter (I didn't know about this site before) and totally ignored all the fad dos and don'ts.
